The Commission has reconvened under the chairmanship of Miss Chivone Gerald, marking a renewed commitment to accountability, transparency and good governance.
Expressions of interest
The Constitution and Commissions Secretariat invited suitably qualified and experienced persons to serve on the Complaints Commission for two to four years. Applications closed on 31 October 2025.

The Commission met the Premier, Cabinet, Permanent Secretaries and other stakeholders to raise awareness of its role, and raised concerns about limits on its jurisdiction over personnel matters.
