Use this form if you have encountered maladministration that you would like the Commission to consider, or if you feel your human rights, as set out in the Montserrat Constitution Order, have been infringed.

Type of complaint

Not sure? A maladministration complaint is about bad or improper administration, such as delay, discourtesy or unfair treatment. A human rights complaint is about a right or freedom in Part 1 of the Constitution.

For example the name of the ministry, department, public authority or officer.

Outline the background, and describe what you think the department, authority or person failed to do or did wrongly. Include names and dates where you can.

Describe how you have suffered or how your interests have been affected.

Complaints should normally be made within one year.
