Annual reports give a synopsis of the Commission’s work over the period, and an insight into the types of complaints received and the issues individuals face in relation to maladministration and human rights.

The Commission must give the Governor a report on its work after 30 June each year, including statistics on the complaints received, the results of mediations and investigations, and the steps taken to implement its recommendations. Reports are laid before the Legislative Assembly within three months.
This first report covers 1 February 2013 to 30 June 2020. During that period the Commission received 29 complaints under the Complaints Commission Act, 15 of which were investigated. No procurement appeals were received in the first year of that jurisdiction.
